Grande Amore with Il Volo

Opera singers or rather a boy band? Il Volo is some kind of a phenomenon as it combines both genres easily. The tenors Piero Barone and Ignazio Boschetto and the baritone Gianluca Ginobile are succeeding in getting even teenagers enthusiastic about opera music. Given the fact that Italians are smart and charming anyway they really know how to whip up enthusiasm in their female fans. Especially during the live concerts the three young musicians demonstrate their expertise and promising artistic talent.

Great opera at Wiener Stadthalle

In 2015 Il Volo won the heart of the ESC (Eurovision Song Contest) audience and finished up third which is amazing! On the 18th of June in 2016 the boys will be back in Vienna to perform at Wiener Stadthalle.

Il Volo – Italian superstars on their way to an international career

Together with the orchestra Piero, Ignazio and Gianluca are presenting their heartbreaking songs in English, Italian and Spanish. They’ve already launched three albums – the current one “Grande Amore” is an eclectic and emotional combination of classical and pop music. The boys in their early twenties are on a good way to win the hearts of fans all over the world. Because of their extraordinary musical talent Il Volo had already the chance to collaborate with international stars such as Barbra Streisand, Plácido Domingo or Eros Ramazzotti.
