Regular guest loyalty programme - frequently asked questions

Which rates are eligible for the regular guest discount?
A -10% discount applies to all prices with a cancellation option, i.e. Flex Rate, Special Rate (excluding corporate rates).
This discount does not apply to extras, drinks or shop items.

When will the regular guest discount for overnight stays be deducted?
You simply pay our cancellable rates directly at the hotel. The discount will then be deducted here on site.

Is there a minimum length of stay for the regular guest discount to be valid?
No, there is no minimum length of stay for the discount. The regular guest discount can be applied from a booking of just one night on all our flexible rates which you pay on spot.

Are there times when the regular guest discount cannot be applied?
No, our regular guest discount is valid all year round.
