Fire-extinguishing training

All staff members of Boutiquehotel Stadthalle joined a training to learn how to extinguish a fire and how to evacuate the hotel in case of danger. This training, done on a regular basis, is compulsory by law and was held by Mr. Michael Schachel an expert for fire protection and fire control.

The 4 hour course was interesting and full of action. Different types of fires were discussed and the different types of fire extinguishers were shown. The funniest part was when every one of us tried out the different fire extinguishers. The handling is very simple. The test alarm and evacuation also worked well and arriving guests were happy to be greeted by 30 staff members upon their arrival:-)
